Olivia Rosenthal is the Co-Founder of Patch Caregiving, where she led growth, partnerships, and strategic expansion for the company’s employer childcare solutions. She helped establish partnerships with leading healthcare systems, employers, and community organizations to expand access to reliable childcare for working families, particularly those in shift-based and frontline roles.

Olivia is passionate about building innovative models that strengthen workforce retention and employee well-being while helping organizations better support caregivers. Following Patch’s acquisition by Wellthy in 2025, she continues to champion scalable family care solutions that meet the evolving needs of today’s workforce as the Chief Growth Officer. Olivia lives in New York City.
